 I was having this conversation with a friend and he got a call from his wife and then after he got off the call he sighed and I wondered whatt was going on. I didn't bother to ask cuz I didnt want to look Like an amebo. 
Just few seconds of wondering to myself then he uttered a phrase 'women and their wahala'. then the conversation went this;
Me :-*smiles* old story Like u men don't have your own
Friend :- whenever the DSTV subscription expires she never likes to renew, she was calling to remind me she has missed her Telemundo that I shouldn't forget to renew so I can watch my matches.
Me :-renew for her now so she can enjoy the weekend are you not the man of the house. All the everyday work is it not to take care of her and the children. Biko stop complaining. E je ka gboron (let us hear word)
Friend ;-ehen see this woman ooo!. Let me ask you a question what does she use her own salary for . Can't she use her own money. When she is ready to watch she knows what to do. I will go watch my match outside.
Me :- let me tell u something Oga, your money is our money, our money is our money.(GBOOM)

Then the conversation gets longer and some men around do not agree as expected

I think every man should know it's his responsibility to take care of his gf or wife. If she decides to help out with the bills it's all good. But a woman should not be stingy she should be willing to support and save more of hers sha oooo as a sharp babe!. But nowadays men tho, they are not looking for liability. you will hear them say 'she gats get correct money, me I know want liability' yet there are some babes out there who are willing to suffer with a guy start from the scratch.

Anywayz am outta here. and i know just very few men will support me.

    Loool you are both correct, while women should not be stingy, men should not dodge their responsibilities, God has fortunately or unfortunately made men providers, and so they should provide and satisfy their women.

    But not at the dispense of the family needs. Some women are not considerate. God created women to be man's helpmate, so if you ain't helping your man to shoulder some of the responsibilities in the house then u ain't a worthy man. I don't believe in the notion that a man's money is our money and my money is my money. That is a parasitic relationship. Marriage should be a symbiotic relationship. In this case there's nothing wrong in the woman subscribing the cable. The funniest thing is that nowadays the income of the man and woman is often in the same range so what in the world will the woman be using her salary for while she's consuming hers. No wonder we see more of landlady nowadays than land lords. The Bible says a man will leave his family and join his wife and they are one. So why is it when it comes to finance issues then u ladies say your money is your money. I pity una.
